Free Core Workout
- What: Free Core Workout, lead by Steve Trutane (founder of MoreCore.org)
- When: 8:15am most Sundays.

- Main entrance to the Albany Aquatic Center
- Depending on weather, we may relocate to different spots in Memorial Park or indoors at Albany High.
- Who: Anyone 13 and older who wants a stronger, more functionally fit body.
- Why: Jack LaLanne Day check-in
- Cost: Free!
Join a varied workout with a strong core & functional training focus. Incorporates dryland training for swimmers that swim with the Albany Armada Masters. Great for injury prevention and as an adjunct for any sport & life in general. Dress in layers and bring a water bottle.
Workout will include a general full-body warm-up followed by a variety of simple-yet-effective exercise equipment and body weight movements, incorporating stretching, balance , strength & stability work. Agenda for the workout will vary weekly and is flexible depending on the prefs and abilities of those who show up, but it is guaranteed to be invigorating, safe, and fun!

Consuming is important to creating muscle and losing weight. The key is not to over do it and consume large meals. Eating 5 or six smaller foods is much more efficient in helping you feel full. It also provides additional energy throughout the day for functioning and physical exercise.
