Join a varied workout with a strong core & functional training focus. Great for injury prevention and as an adjunct for any sport & life in general. Dress in layers and bring a water bottle.
Workout will include a general full-body warm-up followed by a variety of simple-yet-effective exercise equipment and body weight movements, incorporating stretching, balance , strength & stability work. Agenda for the workout will vary weekly and is flexible depending on the prefs and abilities of those who show up, but it is guaranteed to be invigorating, safe, and fun!
